Team Build Strategy

OK, I don't know about you but I have been involved with SEVERAL different team builds in the past. Heck, I have even orchestrated a few team builds in the past as well. I DO have to make a confession here though. Pretty much every team build I have been involved with (regardless of if I was the one putting it together or not) has been a bit of a bust. If you are curious as to why that may be, please allow me to fill you in.
You see, there are two big parts when it comes to the reason most of the team builds I have been involved with have been a bit of a bust. The first reason involves the type of program the team build has been based on. The second reason has to do with the mindset of the people involved. Allow me to break this down even a bit further.
Now, lots of people have been involved with many different kinds of team builds and had varying degrees of success. But in my experience, (and this is only based on my own experience. A lot of people will argue that their experience has been different) it is a bad idea to do a team build on a freemium website like a PTC click. You see, a PTC website means "Pay to click" It means you get paid to click and view ads. Usually these sites do not pay much at all but if you are consistent, you can withdraw enough to roll into something a bit more passive down the road. The issue with these sites is when someone enters a team build for one of these sites, they have grand illusions of just how easy this is going to make it. They think the team build rotator will automatically and immediately fill their downline with hungry active referrals who will for some reason have the motivation to do 5 times the clicking that they themselves are doing and will earn them so much in commissions that they themselves will no longer even have to do any clicking of their own!
Can you guess what happens next 9 times out of 10?
Spoiler Alert!:
NOBODY does any real clicking! They all just simply wait for their downline to do it all for them! But the issue is when the team build rotator gets someone new involved, they quickly develop the exact same mindset! Care to venture a guess as to what happens next?
NOTHING!
The answer is nothing!
NOTHING happens next.
(And a whole lot of it!)
That has been my experience with team builds in the past, anyway. So much so that I have to keep reminding myself when I have the urge to start a team build to help out my referrals. I have to say to myself "Dan, this has never worked before and is actually counterproductive because everybody will now work LESS hard because they think the rotator is going to do all the work FOR them!"
Well, time has passed but my desire to help my team has NOT died or gone anywhere. This is why I have finally decided after much debate to start another team build but this time it would be set up MUCH different.

I am NO LONGER doing team builds for programs that 90% of people use for free and never upgrade in. This includes over 90% of all PTC, Crypto faucet sites, GPT and other similar ways to earn small amounts of money. I have nothing against these sites and still use them myself to build a little bit of what I like to call "Seed Coin" but again, in my own experience, these types of platforms never really do people much good in a team build.

I am NO LONGER rewarding freebie seekers. There is nothing wrong with trying to do things on a budget or using as little out of pocket as possible but if I am going to start a team build and sacrifice getting people on MY OWN frontline in order to help those that have already joined me, they need to have some skin in the game. Not only that but it in all actuality needs to be residual skin. (If that's even a real term) This is going to be a program where you pay a residual/monthly fee or cost. It will not be very big at all but still shows commitment and NOT just an attitude where you expect anybody and everybody else to do all the work FOR you.

The program I used for a team build could NOT be brand new. When a program is brand new, you have thousands if not tens and hundreds of thousands of affiliates all fighting after the same new referrals. I also wanted a program that had been around for a while to show that it was trustworthy and a proven concept. I found exactly this when I RE-looked at a program that has been around and paying for almost 15 years.

The program HAD to have a great leader and admin who had been around a while, preferably ran other systems and had no terrible track record of scam exiting previous projects like a lot of big name marketers that I could easily name and even some that most of you still follow!

People in the team build will only be included in the team build TEMPORARILY. I know, I know. At first glance this seams really selfish and rude and kind of cancels the idea of a team build but stick with me and hear me out. My goal with this team build is to help get your profitable in order to prevent attrition and give you a reason to stay in the team and keep building your own team after that.

This team build has to be set up as something that works like a funded proposal. I don't know if you have heard the term funded proposal or not but think of it like this. You have probably seen advertisements in the past that in exchange for an email address you submit, you can get something for free. Now, it costs nothing to give an email address and what you may be getting for free may actually (hopefully) have some real world value. However, you will probably notice that while attaining this free product or service, you are then "upsold" on a very low price product or service. This is called a "tripwire offer" that maybe costs around $1, $3, $5 or maybe even slightly more but still usually under $20. Is the person offering the initial freebie getting rich off this $5 upsell? I can tell you from experience the answer is a resounding NO! The person or company offering the free giveaway for your email was just doing that to get your email address and build their list. (Nothing wrong with that because you are free to unsubscribe at any point) They are ALSO not giving you that low priced upsell to get rich, they are doing that to merely recover their advertising costs for that first initial advertisement to reach you in the first place. I am talking about the squeeze page that offers a product or service for free (or free trial) in exchange for only your email address. If I am going to do a team build and commit to put new people under existing people, it needs to be for a funded proposal type of offer so that when someone sticks with it enough to be in the team build, they can hopefully start using these residual initial commissions as a start fund for their advertising budget.

I needed an offer that not only had a great funded proposal setup but that also offered a decent residual commission. It's hard to get much of an advertising budget started up if you are promoting a funded proposal offer that only pays one time $1 commissions for new members or only 20% commissions on a monthly fee of only $10. You see where I am going with this? It had to be a strong enough of a commissions and compensation plan to have some real power.

I needed something that matched all the points above and yet PREFERABLY had a little bit more juice. A little more LEVERAGE. I am always looking for ways to leverage my efforts when it comes to my business and you should always be doing the same. I needed a comp plan where even when I helped people under me, it would STILL be benefiting me so that I am not wasting my traffic and effort and sacrificing signups directly under me all for nothing. (After all I wanted this to be a symbiotic relationship from the start)
Well, after shutting down my own downline builder website ViralStacking.com (The URL still exists but only goes to my business blog now) I started thinking about what kind of compensation plan would achieve all of this. I racked my brains, looked at the comp plans of hundreds of other programs and systems. I talked to dozens of people about what they would want in such a team build. I talked to many people who have had success in teams builds in the past and asked every detail I could think of.
Ladies and gentlemen (and those of an undecided sexual label), I am extremely happy to admit that even though my requisites were more than a few and definitely not easy, I have finally found such a program that I wish to use for a small team build. Hopefully this will not be too complicated but I will try to lay it out as simple as I can.
The program we are going to use for this team build has a low monthly cost, is ran by an admin with a spotless track record and history. It has insane leverage built in. It has almost 15 years of proving it has incredible conversion rate, borderline nonexistent attrition, and will not only teach you tons of tips and tricks nobody else has told you before but also can build your downlines (and income/commissions) in possibly dozens of different platforms all simultaneously.
I am not going to name the program just yet ( I will later in the article) but I am going to tell you just a LITTLE but about the comp plan to explain how this team build will work. The monthly cost is $12. And this part is important. You will get a week for absolutely FREE just to try out the system for absolutely nothing. You get an entire 7 days to take it for a test drive and see if this is something you would actually like to get involved with, sink your teeth into and run with just like we are.
Now here is where the leverage comes in. You get 100% commissions on those $12/monthly membership costs. (Well, 100% minus less than a dollar for processing fees) This means around $11 or so every single month from everybody that has joined you on your front line and committed to promote as well. Sure beats fractions of a cent here and there for commissions doesn't it?
In addition to this 100% commissions structure, there is also a pass-up aspect. Now, don't get scared just yet. You are not going to lose all your hard earned referrals. In fact, you only pass up two referrals. TWO! That's it! No more than that.

Your FIRST referral who decides to pay for the upgraded monthly membership
You keep your first referral
(and at 100% commissions, that basically means your own monthly membership is already paid for)

You pass up your second paid referral to your sponsor

The third person you refer that takes the free week trial membership and then decides to upgrade is yours to keep. At this point, not only are your monthly membership expenses covered but you are also earning twice as much as you are paying for your membership!

You keep your fifth paid referral

You keep your sixth paid referral

You keep your seventh paid referral
........and so on and so forth.
You KEEP your first, third and 5th paid referrals and every single one after that. You ONLY pass up your second and fourth referrals who decide to take the week free trial and then decide to upgrade to the paid monthly membership after that. This creates MASSIVE leverage for your entire time.
Now, let me get a little more specific on how the team build will work. This team build will require a little more upfront work from me than anybody else but I don't mind and do not expect anyone else to do this exact same approach either.
You see, the object of this team build is to NOT promote your own link at all but to ALWAYS make sure EVERY person on your own front line has four paid people under them. If you do this, that will give them TWO paid people under them putting them in profit and pretty much confirm that they will not drop out or stop paying for a program they are in profit with. It will also means that they will automatically pass up #2 and #4 of those paid referrals to YOU! This puts two more people on your front line and two more people for you to make sure they each have 4 paid people under them.
I plan to do this without even promoting my own link. Now, I cannot FORCE you to ONLY promote the links of your frontline with a rotator and never promote your own but I can promise I will and can promise that everybody already in the prelaunch of this team build has committed to making sure that everybody on their front line has four paid referrals.
What is everybody's part? So, here is what I suggest that everybody else does who joins this team build. I suggest you follow the strategy below:
I suggest that if you join this team, promote the hell out of your affiliate link to the program. Promote it to your existing email list, promote it on social media, make Youtube videos for it, review it on your blog(s)/website, blast it out to safelists and viral mailers. Set it up on all the traffic exchanges that you use and make sure that you use the bonus secret methods we will teach you on the inside once you yourself have upgraded. Your sponsor should also be advertising your affiliate link in their rotator as well but can't hurt to get ahold of them and make sure.
It really should not take too long for you to get your first few new leads onto your email list and refer a couple free tour takers of the program we are going to be building. After you get a few more free tour takers, the law of averages will start to kick in eventually and you will get another person that decides to upgrade and pay the monthly membership fee. This will be your first paid referrals and you will keep this person. Now, your sponsor should still be advertising YOUR affiliate link until, like mentioned above, you have a total of 4 paid upgrades. However, I would say that as soon as you get your first paid upgrade, you get in touch with them and let them know that YOU are going to help them out and start pointing all your affiliate link traffic to THEIR link until they have 4 paid members under THEM (two of which will be passed up to YOU).
You would still be wanting to send most traffic to some kind of capture page to build your own list first but you can for sure use a rotator for your frontline referrals affiliate links when you send out any kind of email to your own list. You can also use a rotator if you have a join link on any Youtube videos or blog posts you do to promote this offer.
Now, I cannot physically prevent you from putting your own affiliate link into this rotator with those of your frontline. However, I know I am going to have people argue with me that if they only promote their frontlines affiliate links (at least until they have 4 paid of their own) that they will only end up with two of each 4 members referred being passed up to you when 50% of the paid referrals you earned will be going to your downline. And yes, this is true. ONLY promoting the affiliate links of your frontline and never your own, will cost you a few direct personal referrals. However, I would argue this is not the part you should focus on. Instead, think about how you can help your OWN downline team, create gratitude and loyalty all while bringing attrition down to damn near zero!
This is like a group economics thing. Or more accurately, a group traffic thing. So Even if you cant help yourself and STILL end up putting your OWN affiliate link in your rotator (Hey, I can't stop you) If everybody does still REALLY try to focus on helping their frontline referrals get their first 4 paid referrals, how loyal do you think your downline will be to you instead how they might feel if you just recruited them, talked them into upgrading and then just left them on their own? Do you think they would stick around very long or really want to put a ton of people under you?
Attrition is already extremely low with this company (more so than all the paid programs I've worked with in the past) but this can really take it down exponentially further all while helping guaruntee the ever growing expansion of your team! That is how you truly create leverage on other peoples' efforts. But please keep this in mind... In order for your referrals to scratch YOUR back, You must be more than willing to scratch theirs FIRST! This is a little technique called attraction marketing. You are giving something of great value up front and not really asking or expecting anything in return. In this day in age, people will notice that and remember that. Especially if they decide to join you. They will all too well soon realize just how much your generosity has helped them and they will be exponentially more inclined to pay it forward and allow this process to repeat itself.
